What is a gusseted side wall?
A gusset is a two-inch-wide side panel around the border, which gives structure to the pillow and prevents it from losing shape. Since the filing has more space to move around, the pillow feels consistently comfortable.

What is the firmness level of the pillow?
The pillow is 'Soft' and is recommended for Combination Sleepers (back & side).
